Joe's Mom and Sister Visit Europe

Joe's mom and sister came to visit London and Paris last week. It was very nice to have family around. My brother and his friends came earlier in the month as well. I actually love playing host to visitors in London - (maybe because we don't have very many). It forces us to see things, do things, we usually would not - i.e. Joe finally went to the Tate Modern, hehe. I've come to realize that London of all places is one city I have not photographed much of. Maybe when Joe goes to China to work for 4 months (starting October), this will give me something to do :).

Since it was Joe's mom's first time in Paris, I thought it would be nice to stay by the Eiffel tower. Good for me too, because I was able to step out of my hotel room around 10pm to catch some great photos of the tower at dusk -- see above. Amaaaazing how blue the sky is eh?

We had some fabulous soufflés at a restaurant that Eurie recommended (see recommended list). To die for! I ended up staying the rest of the week in Paris for work and ate so many French pastries, I still feel full! :)
